Who I Serve
Built for
Part 145.
- FAA Part 145 repair stations
- Airframe MRO operators
- Engine and component shops
- Shops expanding or relocating
- New certificate applicants
The FAA requires a repair station to have its housing and facilities in place before it issues the certificate or rating (14 CFR 145.103). I line up the ground, the money, and the building so your hangar is ready when the FAA is.
Active MRO markets: Florida, California, Texas, Arizona, Ohio, Oklahoma, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Michigan, Washington, Kansas, and every other state.
FAQ
Common
questions.
What does MRO Hangar do?
MRO Hangar helps FAA Part 145 repair stations and MRO operators get a 50,000+ square foot repair hangar built: securing the airport ground lease, arranging the funding, and managing development from site selection to move-in.
Who is MRO Hangar for?
FAA-certificated Part 145 repair stations and MRO companies that need a new or larger hangar, whether they are expanding, relocating, or applying for a new certificate.
Do you work outside Texas?
Yes. Rudy Ced is a commercial real estate broker operating nationwide, at any U.S. airport.
Why does a Part 145 repair station need its hangar early?
Under 14 CFR 145.103, a repair station must have housing and facilities suited to its work before the FAA issues the certificate or rating. The hangar has to be planned before the certificate, not after.
Can you help if we don't have land or financing yet?
Yes. The process starts with finding the site and securing the ground lease, then arranging the capital to build.
